Returns can be requested within 30 days of the product’s receipt. To initiate a return or refund, please email us at help@toeseparatorshop.com.

Items returned must be resaleable. We reserve the right to refuse to return items if they affect the possibility of resale.

All returned items must be shipped in original packaging.

Please provide the order number and photograph of the purchased product at the beginning of the return.

Special case: If damaged product is received, please provide open-box video, product picture, purchase certificate (order capture, order number, product receipt, etc.) for refund or replacement.

Order Cancellation:

Orders may only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement. If more than 30 minutes have passed, order cancellation will not be possible. Once your cancellation request has been processed, which typically takes around 12 business hours, your refund will be initiated.

Refund Process:

Upon return and verification of the product, we will initiate your refund. Please allow 1-2 business days for the refund to reflect in your payment account, depending on your original payment method. If the refund is not received after the stipulated time, please contact us at help@toeseparatorshop.com.

We request that the product be sent back in its original packaging to ensure its safety during transit. Please be aware that any shipping costs related to the return must be borne by the customer.
